Welcome to Pakistan Society of Neurosurgeons
Pakistan Society of Neurosurgeons (PSN) is the official representative body of Pakistani Neurologists working for almost three decades.
Who We Are
Pakistan neurosurgery community held its first formal meeting in 1994 at Lahore while in 2003 organized its first national meeting under the umbrella of Pakistan Society of Neurosurgeons (PSN). In March 2014, it formally got registered under the society act and became formally affiliated with the World Federation of Neurology (WFN) as an affiliated national representative body.
PSN primarily encourages neurologists within Pakistan to maintain links with each other, in order to:
- Provide leadership to the existing and upcoming neurologists in Pakistan
- Promote more effectively the welfare and interests of its members
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with other similar societies
- Provide administrative infrastructure for academic neurosurgery development
- Exchange ideas to promote better patient care and enhance research activities
